"DUEPI" Clamps Produced from DN 65 mm to DN 200 mm Clamps for repairing or jointing series DUEPI made up in two ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-15 acc. to UNI EN 1563 norms) halves, coated with fusion bond epoxy (min. 150 microns), which are held together onto the damaged pipe by means of zinc coated mild steel bolts, nuts and washers. The collar provides a permanent seal around the full length and circumference of the pipe covered by the collar. The sealing gasket (EPDM or NBR) is of the waffle type and supported, where the two halves of the collar meet, by means of stainless steel bridge plates. On disassembling the split collar in two halves, all component parts, gasket, bridge plates and bolts, shall remain attached to the body of the collar. All the clamps are designed to allow the installation without needing to turn off or to reduce the water pressure in the pipe.
