"INOXGIS" Clamps

Clamps series INOXGIS made of a stainless steel band with two clamps made of ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-15 acc. to UNI EN 1563 norms) at the ends, coated with fusion bond epoxy (min. 150 microns). The stainless steel plate is locked in to the clamps with a special machined profile. The sealing gasket (EPDM or NBR) is of the waffle type designed to improve the adherence on the pipes and supported, where the two halves of the collar meet, by means of vulcanised stainless steel bridge plate. The clamps are complete of deep heat-galvanised steel nuts and bolts.

All the clamps are designed to enable the installation without needing to turn off or to reduce the water pressure in the pipe.

3 Deep heat-galvanized bolts, washers and nuts	4 Rubber seal gasket in one or more parts, with improved adherence by means of deep squaring in the part in contact with the pipe.
5 Paint The parts in ductile cast iron are treated with powdered epoxy resin applied with electrostatic procedure.
