"RAPIDO" Intake Collars Series Intake collars series RAPIDO made of ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-15 acc. to UNI EN 1563 norms) saddle coated with fusion bond epoxy (min. 150 microns), stainless steel A2 band bolts and washers. The nuts are made of stainless steel A4 zinc coated to avoid any seizing (self welding) problems. The pieces are complete with glued rubber seal gaskets (EPDM or NBR). If required, the band can be covered by rubber protection.
RAPIDO FI The saddle is provided with a female threaded outlet UNI ISO 228. RAPIDO PE Dedicated to plastic pipe made of two semicircular ductile iron shells. One of the two shells is provided with a female threaded outlet UNI ISO 228 or with a flanged outlet in accordance with UNI- ISO PN 10 or PN 16. RAPIDO PSC Threaded outlet for under pressure tapping. The saddle is provided with a female threaded outlet acc. to UNI ISO 228. The saddle has a special internal design and is equipped inside with some seal gaskets to enable tapping under pressure. As an optional piece we can supply the suitable stainless steel intersection spatula. RAPIDO FL Flanged outlet, two bands.
