    1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE PROVISIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL MATRORIAL REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    The Management is aware that the relationship with the customer is of fundamental importance, therefore it proposes to:<\/p>\n

    • Identify and understand the requirements of current environmental legislation<\/li>\n
    • Identify and understand customer needs and expectations<\/li>\n
    • Ensure that company objectives and goals are consistent with customer expectations<\/li>\n
    • Transmit and implement these principles for all company employees<\/li>\n
    • Measure customer satisfaction and act accordingly<\/li>\n
    • Provide products \/ services that meet the contractual requirements and that comply with the standards and applicable laws<\/li>\n
    • Always guarantee flexible and rapid responses based on the opportunities offered by the market<\/li>\n
    • Manage customer relationships in order to create loyalty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. INVOLVEMENT AND SATISFACTION OF STAFF<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      Management is convinced that the staff is the essence of the company and its full involvement makes a decisive contribution to achieving the objectives of the Management. Therefore it is required to:<\/p>\n

      • Understand the importance of the contribution and role within the Company<\/li>\n
      • Discuss the problems and situations relevant to the tasks<\/li>\n
      • Share freely with all knowledge and experience<\/li>\n

        The Management considers the interdependence relationship with suppliers to be of fundamental importance in its strategies. It aims to:<\/p>\n

        • Establish clear and open partnerships<\/li>\n
        • Share experiences and resources with your partners<\/li>\n
        • Identify joint activities for development and improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE COMMUNITY<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          The Management considers it important to maintain collaborative relationships with the community and with the bodies in charge of controls. To consolidate this position, the Management sets among its objectives:<\/p>\n

          • Limit the inconveniences of the neighborhood and respond promptly to reports<\/li>\n
          • Safeguard and respect the environment by using products and resources with low business impact<\/li>\n
          • Optimize the consumption of natural resources, such as electricity and diesel, favoring pollution prevention wherever possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. SATISFACTION OF THE PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h5>\n

            The fifth pillar is represented by the Management’s desire to guarantee the Company a continuous improvement in turnover. In order to achieve the objectives set, the Management activates so that:<\/p>\n

            • This policy is widespread and understood by all employees<\/li>\n
            • Its adequacy is constantly monitored and reviewed and \/ or modified<\/li>\n
            • Personnel have the necessary resources, are adequately trained and trained in assigned duties and enjoy the freedom to act responsibly<\/li>\n
            • The contributions made by the staff and the improvements achieved are acknowledged<\/li>\n
            • The infrastructure is adequate<\/li>\n
            • An analysis of all the processes is always carried out to identify the risks and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
