Pipe drilling machine

Pipe drilling machine

The tool is a machine for the under pressure drilling on pipes conveying water or gas, and it is made of galvanized steel for better protection against corrosion.
Equipped with a simple but robust design, it has a wide range of use: in fact, through the use of the appropriate cup saw, it is able to drill any type of material and in any position from DN 25 to DN 150, for derivations on water or gas pipes with working pressure up to 12 bars, both flanged and threaded.
The advantage of the machine is its ability to control and maintain a constant drilling pressure on the pipe: this can be done thanks to the special cup spring which ensures fast drilling with minimum effort, allowing the perforated material to not crumble and be completely recovered.
It is manually operated using a ratchet wrench and it is supplied in a painted steel box.
