"RAPIDO" intake collar
For tapping on steel, cast iron and concrete pipes it is made in one or two bands with threaded outlet, in two bands with flanged outlet.
For tapping on PVC-PE pipes it is sleeve-shaped with threaded or flanged outlet.
Saddle in ductile iron coated with blue epoxy resin powder applied with electrostatic procedure.
Bands in stainless steel AISI 304, with rubber covering on request.
Sealing gasket for gas type NBR, for water suitable for contact with food liquids, embedded for about half of its thickness in a special housing made from casting in the lower part of the saddle. For some DN, the adherence of the gasket is improved with rings in relief on the part in contact with the pipe.
RAPIDO FI: intake collar with raised top boss with cylindrical gas female threaded outlet.
RAPIDO FL: intake collar with flanged derivation with PN 10/16 drilling.
RAPIDO FR: intake collar equipped with a raised top boss with a cylindrical female thread with gas or metric pitch.
RAPIDO PE: sleeve-shaped collar, consisting of two halves, one of which is equipped with a cylindrical gas thread.
RAPIDO PE FL: sleeve-shaped collar, consisting of two halves, one of which is equipped with a flanged derivation with PN 10/16 drilling.
Note: Other flange drillings are available on request according to other standards.
