"TREPI" joint
"TREPI" joint is suitable for working on steel, cast/ductile iron and cement pipes and it is produced in two versions, for repairing and for tapping.
In the repair version it consists of three ductile iron sectors equipped with a rubber seal with improved adherence.
In the version for tapping, one of the three sectors is supplied with a threaded or flanged outlet, allowing interventions to be carried out without interrupting the service *.
Body in three sectors in ductile iron coated with blue epoxy resin powder applied with electrostatic procedure.
Sealing gaskets for gas type NBR, for water suitable for contact with food liquids.
Galvanized fixings. On request stainless steel.
Models with derivation:
TREPI FI: The joints made for this type of derivation are equipped, on one of the three sectors, with a prominent boss, which allows the standard execution of cylindrical female thread with gas pitch.
TREPI FL: The joints made for this type of derivation are equipped, on one of the three sectors, with a flanged branch with PN 10 or PN 16 drilling. Different flange drillings are available on request according to other standards.
